Who is responsible
CYBIRIT, in Lausanne, is the controller for the processing described below.
For any question about your data: contact@cybirit.ch
What this site collects
The messages you send us. The contact form collects your name, your email address, your company name if you choose to provide it, and the content of your message. These are the only fields collected.
Technical delivery data. Like any website, this one generates technical logs at its host: IP address, timestamp, browser type. They serve security and the proper functioning of the site.
A bot check. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which analyses technical browser signals to distinguish a human from an automated program. Turnstile does not build an advertising profile.
Audience measurement
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless measurement solution with no persistent identifier. It cannot recognise you from one visit to the next, nor follow you across other sites.
What this site does not do
No tracking cookies, no advertising trackers, no social network pixels. No fonts are loaded from a third-party server. Your data is never sold, rented or passed on for commercial purposes.
Why we process this data
To answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a contractual relationship. To secure the site and prevent automated submissions.
Under the Swiss FADP, this processing follows directly from your contacting us. Where the GDPR applies, it relies on art. 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual steps and on art. 6(1)(f) for site security and general correspondence.
Who has access
Your data is handled by Marie Mansour only.
Two providers are involved technically, as processors, bound by a data processing agreement:
Cloudflare, Inc. for hosting, content delivery, bot protection and audience measurement.
Resend, Inc. for delivering messages sent through the form by email.
No other recipient has access to your data.
Transfers outside Switzerland and the European Union
Cloudflare and Resend are companies established in the United States. Transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, supplemented for Switzerland in accordance with the Federal Commissioner's requirements, together with the additional safeguards set out in the contracts.
How long we keep it
Messages received through the form are kept for 24 months from the last exchange, then deleted. If our exchange leads to a mandate, correspondence is kept for the periods applicable to the contractual relationship.
Technical logs are kept according to the host's own retention periods.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or its deletion, and object to its processing. You may also ask to receive your data in a usable format.
Simply write to contact@cybirit.ch. We reply personally.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner and, where the GDPR applies, the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Changes
Any change to this policy will be published on this page, with an updated date.
